It is suitable to have a small amount of exercise, slow and rhythmical movements. The suitable events include Taijiquan, five mimic-animal games, eight-section brocade, jogging, taking a walk, swimming, table tennis, badminton, gymnastic exercise for the aged, etc. Old people may have the above events once or twice a day. But they cannot have the physical training in had climate, nor can they have it in starvation.
