Point:

"Stomach Comfort" (situated between the xiphoid process and the 7th rib)

Puncture:

Puncture perpendicularly with a 1.5 cun needle.

Technique:

With the patient lying face upward on a table, insert the needle perpendicularly at the right side of the xiphoid process.

Gently lift and thrust for about half a minute.

Then retain the needle for 30 minutes.
