The body was designed to heal itself, but often times it needs a little assistance (or less resistance). Drugs, although often necessary, unfortunately do not always support the proper functioning of the body and the natural healing process. Oftentimes drugs will mask symptoms and cause undesirable side effects. Knowing what to do to assist your body's natural ability to heal will pay dividends for your overall health.

What Is It That Causes A Person To Have High Blood Pressure?

Although the exact cause of high blood pressure isn't fully known or understood, it's known that some factors to do with your lifestyle can contribute. A non exhaustive list of activities that may be contributing factors includes:

Drinking a lot of alcohol-especially binge drinking

You don't have to go overboard. Take a heart-healthy walk around the block today. Have an apple and a glass of water when you return. Laugh a little.
