    b. Oolong tea with chrysanthemum: 10 g chrysanthemum and 3 g oolong tea, infused with boiling water. Serve as one would tea.

    c. Pork simmered with selfheal: 50 g pork in thin slices are simmered in water with 20 g selfheal with slow fire. Before well-done, add some soybean sauce, vinegar, and sugar. Serve as a side dish.

    d. Thick soup of Gastrodia Elata with pig's brain: Simmer a pig's brain with 10 g Gastrodia Elata with slow fire for 1 hour until it becomes sticky.
Discard the residue and add some salt. Take it in several parts within a single day.
