Composition This group of acupoints is composed of Lidui (ST45) and Yinbai (SP1) ( Fig. 3 - 105 ).
Location Lidui: O. 1 tun from the lateral corner of the toenail of the 2nd toe.
Yinbai: O. 1 cun from the corner of the toenail of the medial side of the great toe.
Indications Nightmare-disturbed sleep.
Methods Acupuncture: the points can be pricked to bleed with a three-edged needle, or can be embedded with the intradermal needles.
Moxibustion: warm moxibustion with moxa roll for 10-20 minutes is applied.
