Guangshiwei; Pyrrosiae Clavatae Herba
     
Sources: The drug is the dried entire herb of Pyrrosia clavata (Bak.)Ching(family Polypodiaceae), growing on rocks or trunks, and distributed in Middle-south China, Southwest China and Shaanxi, Gansu, Fujian, etc.
     
Actions and Indications:  It is used to induce diuresis, remove heat and arrest cough; for the treatment of infection of urethra,  urethral calculus,  edema due to nephritis,  cough,  hematemesis,  tuberculosis of lymphoid.
