[Ingredients]
① 1 pair of pig's kidney
② 1 old ginger
[Seasoning]
(A) 2 cups of rice wine; 3 tbsp. black sesame oil
[Methods]
①Cut kidney into halves; remove the membrane and then blanch in boiling water after rinsing.
②Score kidney in a crisscross pattern, chop ginger.
③Heat the pot, pour black sesame oil, then fry ginger until fragrant; add rice wine in to cook umtil boiling, then put kidney in to cook until boiling.
