Sanyinjiao: the acupoint is located on the medial side of the shank, 3 cun directly above the tip of the medial malleolus, on the posterior boarder of the medial aspect of the tibia

Yanglingquan: this acupoint is located lateral to the shank and in the depression anterior and interior to the head of the fibula

Danzhong: this acupoint is located on the anterior midline in women, at the level with the fourth intercoastal space and midway between the nipples in men

Guanyuan: this acupoint is located on the lower abdomen anterior midline and 3 cun directly below the umbilicus in supine position

Qihai: this acupoint is located on the lower abdomen anterior midline and 1.5 cun directly below the umbilicus in spine position or on the midpoint of the line joining the center of the umbilicus and Guanyuan

Shenshu: this acupoint is located below and 1.5 cun lateral to the spinous process of the second lumbar vertebra

Zusanli: this acupoint is located lateral to the side of the shank, 3 cun below the Dubi, one finger-breadth (midfinger) from the anterior crest of the tibia in m. tibialis anterior

 Pishu: this acupoint is located below and 1.5 cun lateral to the spinous process of the eleventh thoracic vertebra
