Try Those Stress Relieving Methods if You Feel Tired

Sit still and relax
Sit still on the chair and keep your mind blank for a moment, thinking nothing and considering nothing about the flying of time. The only thing you should do is to close your eyes and take inhale-exhale respiratory activities silently. And taking deep breath is advised in this process. Sitting still for 5-10 minutes per time, your heartbeat would slow down, the blood pressure would reduce and the syndromes of mental tension would relieve remarkably.

Laugh aloud
Prepare with some amusing things like joke books, comic books or some sketch shows around you, so that you can enjoy it sometimes. When you laugh aloud from the heart, the hormone which will cause stress in the body would reduce to some extend, and your immune system will be enhanced, and your emotion condition will be improved consequently.

Think of good things
Find sometime for yourself and just concentrate your mind on the dear persons or some precious things to you, and 15 seconds or 5 minutes will do. Besides, you can imagine a picture of “undisturbed vacation” in your mind. We usually bear burdens in our mind since we can not get rid of the negative emotions of resentfulness, grievance, and anxiety etc. Thus, if we can think more about the affectionate persons and things, the internal inhibition and misery will be relieved.

Take appropriate rest
When you are in blue, you’d better not to stay at home. You can find some fun for yourselves such as making phone calls to your best friends, making appointment with your friends for gorgeous foods, enjoying the goldfish swimming in the fish tank freely, plying with your pets or going outdoors for fishing or climbing mountains etc. Those are all practical ways to relax.

Take walks regularly
Dealing with your works quite long, you can stand up and walk in the room back and forth for several minutes or it would be better for roaming downstairs for several circles. It is confirmed by observation that taking walks is effective way to improve the gloomy mental condition. If you insist on taking walks for 4 times per week, and 30 minutes for once, it will be beneficial to eliminate vexation and improving sleeping quality. Therefore, whenever and wherever you are in, you can take a walk for 5-10 minutes once you feel stress out. It will relieve obviously.

Break away from routines
Have a try of something not so familiar to you, for instance, bouncing with your whole feet to go upstairs and downstairs, enjoying the wonderful sentiments and fabulous melody of the music if you seldom do that, singing aloud to the mirror, reading some sentences casually and so on. All of those methods will do good to relieve your tensed emotion.
