Most of the women will receive good effect and improved symptoms of slack vagina by taking the following two methods. Not only help you to improve the contraction of vagina and master the contractive skills during the sexual life so that make the couples to live a harmonious and happy sexual life.

There will be little slack of the women's vagina after the delivery. It will affect the sexual life. Dose it need the operation to change? No!

The following are two kinds of simple way which will help you to boot up the strength of vagina and ani sphincter. You can have a try!

The first one is horizontal exercise: lie on one's back, haunch should put behind of the edge of the bed. Straight leg and upraise, hang in the air and don't touch the bed. Use both of your two hands to catch hold of the edge of the bed in order to avoid fall down. Then fold the two legs and upraise slowly until both of the knees close up the upper part of the body. When both of the two legs will be upraised and close up the upper part of the body, use both of two hands to buttress two legs and make them close up the waist.

Keep straight of the two knees, then put down slowly to make the two legs keep the same posture as the beginning and repeat the movement for 6 times. Each time last about 10-15 minutes. Once time everyday!

The second one is vertical exercise. First stand, both of two legs should separate a bit, and contract muscle of the half lateral of both two haunches in order to make them close; then close up the huckle, turn the knee outside and shrink the ani sphincter so that to let the direction of the vagina can move toward upwards.
