Composition   This group of acupoints is composed of Ciliao ( BL32), Zhongji (RN3) and Sanyinjiao (SP6) ( Fig. 4 - 131 ).

Location  Ciliao: in the 2rid posterior sacral foramen, at the midpoint between the posterioinferior iliac spine and the posterior midline.

Zhongji: 4 cun below the centre of the umbilicus.

Sanyinjiao: 3 cun above the tip of the medial malleolus, on the posterior border of the medial side of the tibia.

Indications   Frequent urination,  anuria,  seminal emission, impotence, premature ejaculation, irregular menstruation, excessive leukorrhea.

Methods  Acupuncture: Ciliao is needled 1 -1.5 cun towards the 2nd posterior sacral foramen. Zhongji: for the frequent urination, the needle is inserted perpendicularly till the acu-esthesia spreads to the urethra; for the anuria, the needle is inserted ! - 1.5 cun obliquely. Sanyinjiao is inserted 1 - 1.5 cun perpen-dicularly till the acu-esthesia is obtained.

Moxibustion: moxibustion with 3 -5 moxa cones, or moxibustion with moxa roll for 10 -20 minutes is applied.
